Open Your Studio
Sign in and go to Custom Uploads.
Your design queue lives in the customer dashboard. Create an account or log in, then open Custom Uploads to start a new request — no phone call required.

Upload Your Designs
Add clear photos of your idea.
Attach up to five images (PNG, JPG, or WebP) in Custom Uploads. Sketches, fabric close-ups, and reference looks all help. We preview every file before you send so you know exactly what we receive.

Tell Us The Details
Garment, fabric, size, and your own instructions.
Choose garment type, fabric preference, and size. Add your own instructions for fit, length, or finishing. The more precise you are, the closer the piece lands to your vision.

Set Delivery
Town, county, and contact later.
Share town/city and county so we can plan delivery. Nairobi is KES 300; outside Nairobi is KES 600. Full ID contact is confirmed at checkout when you place or complete the order.

We Review & Quote
Our team processes your upload.
Staff review your queue, convert accepted designs into a custom order, and confirm pricing. You can track status under Orders in your dashboard while we work.

Pay & Receive
Full payment, then we deliver.
Payments are recorded against your order (M-Pesa, cash, card, and more). View them anytime under Payments. Orders move to delivering and fulfilled only when fully paid — then your Ankara piece is on its way.
